We guarantee your Tow Monster to be defect free and damage free. If your Tow Monster arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will remedy the issue with your Tow Monster.
To qualify, damaged deliveries must be reported within 10 days of delivery and manufacturing defects must be reported within 2 years of delivery. Products must be used as directed, and we may require photographs or other supporting documentation to establish a faulty product. Please report a description of your issue to support@schleptastic.com. To remedy the issue we will support, replace, or return it, at our discretion.
We are a small shop (with big ambitions!), and purchases are made to order in our local workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot support discretionary returns, and all sales are final upon payment. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact us at support@schleptastic.com and we will do our best to take care of you. If you are interested in our product and not ready to purchase one, contact us at support@schleptastic.com and we will see if we can arrange a product testing or help answer your questions. We love taking care of our customers and helping make the Tow Monster work for you.
The Tow Monster is not for towing a bike that has a rider or for carrying people or animals. The Tow Monster is for commuting and not for use while racing or for sport. It is a user's responsibility to determine that any cargo loaded onto a Tow Monster is configured in a way that is safe, stable, and controllable for riding.
